Our ministries provide opportunities to build strong relationships with people who are at a similar life point. We Believe God has gifted each believer with at least one gift according to I Corinthians 12:4-7; "There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of ALL".
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Based on Matthew 28:19-20 - Christian Education is:
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY
Our Women's Bible Study is the perfect opportunity for you to connect with other women and grow in your faith. It is a place where you can be encouraged, supported, and uplifted as you study God's Word together. The ministry is led and taught by Rev. Christine Portis, a woman of God, who has a heart for ministry and a passion for women's spiritual growth.
Join us Every Thursday at 12:00 noon and experience the blessing that comes from studying the Word of God with other women.
MEN'S BIBLE STUDY
Our weekly men's Bible study sessions at Mt. Zion Baptist Church are a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals on a spiritual level. We believe that God's Word holds the key to a fulfilling life, and we study it together to gain a deeper understanding of His will and purpose for us.

FAMILY MINISTRY
Confidential biblical, family counseling is available for families and individuals who seek to make God and His Word the center of your lives and your family, in a life applicable, practical way. Counseling is free and again confidential!

CHRISTIAN & COMMUNITY OUTREACH MINISTRY
At Mt. Zion Baptist Church, we believe that faith without works is dead. Our Christian & Community Outreach Ministry is committed to sharing the love of Christ by serving and enriching the lives of those around us. Through our various outreach programs, we provide support for those in need, offer guidance for those seeking to grow spiritually, and work to foster a sense of community among our members and neighbors.
SCHOLARSHIP MINISTRY
The Scholarship Ministry at Mt. Zion Baptist Church is proud to support our community in their academic pursuits. We offer scholarships to young people who demonstrate academic excellence, community involvement, and financial need.
We know that education is the key to a successful future, and we are dedicated to helping our community achieve their goals in this area.

The Youth and Young Adult Ministry at Mt. Zion Baptist Church is a vibrant and inclusive community committed to supporting young individuals from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Our mission is to facilitate the spiritual and personal growth of our members by offering a diverse range of events, programs, and activities. We wholeheartedly invite all young people to come and be a part of this transformative journey, fostering both their faith and meaningful connections with others.
